I found the sketch. And this was my reaction:

This is generally supposed to be a female, but since it is possible that you can resize the boob, and the eye makes the base look like a boy, I guess you could also call it a male. xD So it's more of a you-choose-what-gender-it-is base. I'm not even calling it a unisexual, it doesn't fit.
